HybridAgency :Havas Edge BostonJob Description Summary : The Media Supervisor, Paid Search is responsible for the day to day management of the tactical paid search media plans and their go-to-market activation. You are also responsible for ensuring that the client's overall paid search media strategy is implemented in this specific digital channels and tactics. Additionally, you will partner closely the Digital Media and Marketing team and will organize and manage workflow; coordinating the Paid Search Specialists and Associates to fulfill all Paid Search media buying, analysis and scheduling requests. You will partner with internal teams to ensure strategic direction and goals are achieved and reflected in tactical Paid Search channel plan recommendations.You are also expected to maintain a high-level knowledge of your clients' line of business by staying on top of industry trends.Job Description :WHAT YOU'LL DO:Manage and oversee full cycle of media campaigns; campaign readiness to launchKey responsibilities:Manage client requests related to Paid Search campaigns, and create and manage campaigns to effectively deliver against client objectivesEnsure best practice set up and ongoing management of campaignsOptimize campaigns manually & utilize bid management tools to deliver on-going performance media performanceForecast/plan monthly budgets in line with client objectives & targetsEnsure team is providing accurate and timely billings and reconciliationFinal QA for large client deliverables and launch of new campaignsInterpret performance reporting data for clients on a regular/ad-hoc basis and present campaign performance to key stakeholdersBe able to direct and/or execute optimizations based on performance analysisWork closely with Analytics to gauge campaign KPI successDetermine the optimal strategic and tactical Paid search performance campaign approachDevelopment and writing of client facing Paid Search plans recommendation, or as part of an integrated media buy, including plan presentations with accompanying flowchart, KPIs and budgets, with inputs from investment teams on plan details.Evaluate and assess media performance to determine the extent to which the original media objectives, strategies and KPIs were accomplishedClosely supervise the implementation and execution of the Paid Search media plan, which includes campaign activation architecture, flowcharting, budgeting, scheduling, and establishing benchmarks for control (KPIs, CPA, etc.)Work closely with the Digital Media and Marketing team and assist with the day-to-day activities associated with fulfilling the Paid Search media plan strategy and achievement of media plan goals in collaboration with Media Strategy and Comms team, Account Management and AnalyticsAccountability for accuracy and media intelligence and thought leadership (syndicated insights, industry trends, etc.)Maintain quality control while ensuring projects are produced completely, correctly, accurately, and efficientlyDemonstrate a strong understanding of the client's business, the business problem-to-solve and the consumer journeyLead collaborative, productive working relationship with Investment (Client Services, Buying) Teams and Havas Edge Affiliates to ensure media strategies are being delivered and campaign goals/client needs are being metWork alongside other teams to deliver an integrated digital media and marketing solutionSupervise and motivate staff; manage all direct reports ensuring objectives are set and provide regular support and advice to help progress direct reportsDevelop performance media knowledge, tech knowledge and skill set of direct reportsMaintain organizational processes for all team tasks and deliverablesHelp to drive innovation and creative performance media solutions for clientsReflect the agency ambition and vision in all work, and lead and inspire the team to follow high standardsStay apprised of industry standards, new media programs/opportunities, and certifications for Paid SearchWHO YOU ARE:Minimum of 4 years' experience in managing and executing paid search media campaignsYou are experienced in Google Analytics, Bing, AdWords, Pay Per Click, etc.You have a solid understanding of paid search media research and how to leverage dataYou understand the elements of strategic marketing performance planning and can actively participate to deliver against itYou are familiar with the principles of marketing and advertising, media concepts and terms, creative, and budget requirementsYou demonstrate a complete understanding of agency planning procedures and internal capabilitiesYou show proven success in establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with clientsYou have demonstrated success in "owning" high-quality campaigns that have provided measurable and meaningful resultsYou can manage multiple projects with short timelines in a fast-paced dynamic environment and experienced in managing projects from concept to completionYou work well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy, strict confidentiality, and a professional demeanorYou enjoy interacting with people at all levels of the organization (internal and external stakeholders) and fostering strong cross-functional teamworkYou have outstanding written and oral communications skills and the ability to think strategicallyYou have a high level of attention to detail and organizationYou have a desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentYou demonstrate high initiative and willingness to assume greater responsibilityYou are self-motivated and productive in both independently and in a collaborative team settingPreferred Education, Experience, and Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field of studyYou are advanced in Microsoft PowerPoint (i.e. deck building) and Microsoft Excel (i.e. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), with the ability to analyze data and draw conclusive insightsYou have experience working in a media planning capacity for an agency or advertiserYou have experience in managing, training, and mentoring junior staff;
