Make rounds with physicians, as necessary. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered. Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly Other special projects and duties, as assigned. Here's what's needed to join this team: Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in RI Current CPR/BLS Certification Minimum 5 years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting and a minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor Strong communication skills, professionalism and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel Note: Primary Series of COVID-19 vaccination required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption) Join a company that admires, cares, appreciates, and values their employees Come join our amazing team and see why we stand out from the rest.
