Culture - Fun culture with lots of clinician & administrative engagement Schedule Flexibility is a core component of our hybrid approach of treating patients in-person as well as via telemedicine. Practice Feel of having your own practice, but without the overhead & management of one Beautiful modern offices Admin Support Full Front Office staff to support all administrative needs, including scheduling and managing of all client communication with providers. Collaboration of Psychiatrists and PMHNPs to Therapy Colleagues in the same center on-site Clinic Director available to support and provide consultation. Work-Life Balance Practice model conducive with your schedule vs. the unknown day/schedule when working in an inpatient setting. Day-to-Day Practice model is typically Monday-Friday seeing an average of 6 patients per day Benefits Full benefits as a W2 employee working full-time opportunity for CME allowance, Paid Malpractice Insurance with Tail, Paid Company Holidays, 401k, Paid Parental/Maternity Leave, & Sign-on Bonus. Compensation market-based competitive salary with additional earning potential. Provide initial assessments, check-ins, and offer appropriate referrals within Mindpath Supporting patients through assessments of their current mental state Identify areas of concern and develop a plan of therapeutic treatment Collaborate when necessary for best patient care and experience Must be willing and capable of providing treatment for the following: Mental Health Consultation, Adjustment Disorder, Greif/Loss, Anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Depression, Panic Attacks/Disorders, Personality Disorders, Stress / Stress Management, and Trauma/PTSD. Experience and scope of practice to include treating child/adolesent and adults Current State License Must reside in the state of practice Excellent verbal / written communication skills timely notes and documentation Mindpath Health is an equal opportunity employer.
