Description

Capstone Partners is seeking a Wealth Management Advisor with 2-4 years of financial planning experience and an existing book of business to join one of our established producer groups.

The best way we can understand if we are the right fit for your practice is by understanding what is important to you. Are any of these components below important?
  • Full equity ownership of your book of business (plus, support in valuing and selling your book upon retirement)
  • Comprehensive, non-captive platform and recurring revenue
  • Fee-based financial planning

Responsibilities
• Source client opportunities through referrals, networking and online marketing strategies
• Make recommendations that alleviate client concerns and help clients achieve their goals
• Guide clients through the complicated process of financial decision-making

Qualifications
• 1-3 years of financial advisor experience
• Entrepreneurial work ethic and long-term vision
• Outbound prospecting and sales experience
• Coachability and an eagerness to learn
• Active FINRA SIE/7/66 and insurance licenses (or planning to get them ASAP)
• Active CA insurance license
