Full-Time Temporary Housekeeper Opportunity at Richardson Properties in Little Rock

Are you an experienced housekeeper looking for a full-time opportunity? Richardson Properties is seeking a dedicated and motivated Housekeeper to maintain our apartment community in Little Rock. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

While temporary positions do not qualify for benefits or PTO, this is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your skills and become a valuable part of our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the leasing office, fitness center, mail center, common areas, and models are clean, orderly, and presentable daily.
  • Property Maintenance: Assist in cleaning make-ready units, following all safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, odor-free, and safe environment for residents, staff, and guests.
  • Professionalism: Represent Richardson Properties professionally in both appearance and behavior, while promptly reporting any liability concerns to supervisors.
  • Additional Duties: Assist supervisors in any other tasks to ensure the property operates efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of housekeeping or janitorial experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability. Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends is a must.
  • Attributes: Dependable, trustworthy, and a team player.
