At Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow we are committed to ensuring that our customers are extremely satisfied with their experience at our dealership. As a key part of that effort, the Customer Relations Assistant will be working with our team to ensure customer satisfaction. As a key client contact associate, the CRS will be responsible for interfacing with our clients in-person, via email, phone, and text. The CRS will be responsible for handling customer concerns and questions. The CRS will be a key partner in the customer satisfaction journey at Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow.

To qualify for consideration for this position you must have at least 2 years experience in a customer service position; excellent oral and written verbal skills; proficient with Excel and Word; a positive and upbeat attitude; ability to multitask; have a client-focused attitude; ability to maintain a positive and helpful demeanor when faced with upset or concerned clients. Detail oriented. Team player.

Specific duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Telephone, email, and text contact with customer to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and request survey return
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by listening to their needs and assist in addressing their issues
  • Sets and manages the expectations for service delivery for both the customers and mechanics
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the features and benefits of vehicles to be able to answer client questions
  • Ensure dealership amenities are properly stocked and available
  • Ensure client support materials are in-stock and order when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned
