Banquet Server

The Atlantic Oceanside Hotel & Event Center is looking to add to our team of Banquet Servers & Bartenders to staff upcoming rehearsal dinners, weddings and catered events. Banquet servers are responsible for setting tables and décor prior to the event, serving food from buffets and providing table service, providing prompt and courteous service to all guests, bussing tables, and cleaning event rooms following the event. You should be comfortable interacting with guests, listening to and anticipating guest needs, and responding to requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have serving experience either in a restaurant or banquet setting, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. We can work with a variety of schedules with events happening days, nights, and weekends. This is great supplemental income for someone who works full time during the day and is available to work occasionally throughout the season. Pay is $20-$30 per hour, based on experience and responsible beverage server certification.
