Description

We're looking for a professional, friendly dealership receptionist to greet our customers with a smile. Our thriving auto group is searching for a dealership receptionist with solid communication skills to provide excellent customer service to all customers entering our showroom. In this front desk receptionist role, you'll serve as the first point of contact with all customers and provide superb customer service. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and will happily answer phones. Responsibilities include serving as a greeter in the reception area, increasing productivity by developing and implementing office protocols and assisting with clerical and administrative duties throughout the automotive dealership. Responsibilities

•Answer incoming calls and emails, direct customers to the appropriate person, and field customer complaints professionally
•Improve front desk receptionist skill set through employee development and administrative support programs
•Embrace existing clerical duties and learn to take on new ones by participating in training opportunities
•Communicate with new car customers and increase auto group brand visibility by coordinating community events
•Manage automotive dealership clerical duties, including filing paperwork creating protocols for team members that drive efficiency

Qualifications

•High school diploma or GED is recommended
•Valid Driver's License is required
•Preferably over the age of 21
•Customer service, administrative assistant, or administrative support experience within a dealership showroom or auto group setting is preferred
•Enjoys interacting with others, whether fielding a customer complaint or articulating the details of a customer's bill
•Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn new programs
•Displays strong time management skills and the ability to quickly and accurately complete detailed work
