Come join our team as a Logistic Coordinator We are looking for qualified Logistics Coordinator to become part of our growing team. If you are a team player who is safety conscious, this is a great opportunity for you This role is 1st shift Monday-Friday with the possibility of working overtime. RESPONSIBILITIES * Precisely manage all materials on job sites * Proficiently receive all materials on job site * Thoroughly review all invoices to ensure accuracy of materials received * Consistently print and complete receiving reports * Routinely stock and organize materials * Skillfully process returns for all unused items QUALIFICATIONS A "self-starter" able to perform safely and quickly, understanding safety is priority Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes High School Diploma/GED & Current Driver's License The ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check Experience in construction trades a plus Enjoy interacting and cultivating relationships with colleagues and vendors Communicate effectively (especially in writing). Tackle problems head-on and develop practical solutions. Have a comfort level with large amounts of paperwork Manage the workload independently Have excellent time management, advanced organizational and analytical skills with strong follow-through, problem solving and attention to detail Prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently and communicate with the team when conflicts arise SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday LOCATION: On-site BENEFITS Medical Dental Vision Short- & long-term disability Accrued PTO Paid holidays 401(K) Profit sharing It is time to join the team at R.T.
