Engineer
Company Overview
Our company provides project management, engineering and design, drafting, construction management, operations and maintenance, and corrosion and integrity support.

Summary
The Engineer is the primary technical point of contact for all project deliverables
The Engineer's responsibilities include developing project objectives, writing specifications, performing calculations, reviewing and selecting equipment, and supporting the creation of drawings
They will interact with all team members to perform work correctly and promptly along with promoting professional development
They will also actively manage their time to maintain efficient, effective, and accurate production within their projects
Also, the Engineer will have strong communication skills and be able to accomplish the results of the project at hand.

Primary Responsibilities
•Actively participate in QA/QC to ensure consistency within the department

•Work with Project teams to ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and on time

•Clearly convey design philosophies, expectations, and timeline

•Coordinate regulatory, permitting, survey, and third party construction efforts

•Specify all engineered equipment and specialty items

•Perform calculations to evaluate proposed designs

•Evaluate design's overall effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety

•Communicate design changes with key project team members

•Understand and apply standard engineering principles

Knowledge and Skills Requirements
•ABET accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering

•EIT certification or working towards

•High level of organizational skills

•Advanced user of Microsoft office suites.
