You must have respect for yourself, the home owner and us as a companyBenefits: * Guaranteed minimum $800 a week when working full-time hours after trainingTake home service vehicle, company card for gas for service vehicle and suppliesCell phone, company branded work shirtsPaid time and vacation days, paid holidays after one yearInitial and ongoing paid trainingSams Club membershipNo nights or weekends, no on-call days, usually home by dinner timeWeekly pay will be hourly + commission after training (commission paid on labor only). Hourly when in training. As well as on-line training you will receive hands on training with our trainer Insurance allowance paid weekly after training.The Job:Travel to and from customers homes for diagnosis and repairs of kitchen and laundry appliancesTroubleshoot and test appliances Diagnose and repair products using schematics and test metersResearch parts needed for repairs Part installCollect payments from customers Pickup part from part suppliers You:Must be able to move common appliances around without damaging the customers home Must be able to lift or maneuver 75 poundStair climbing in some homes is to be expected Must have clean and valid drivers licenseMust be able to pass background and drug testMust speak EnglishMust have own hand toolsMust attend periodic training classes Must provide your own clean black shoes, black slacks, and belt to be worn every day. Email questions only pleaseCompensation: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week As an appliance repair technician, you'll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words, you'll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work.You'll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you'll have to deal with people, too.Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.Are you prepared to start your journey toward becoming an appliance technician?If so, look through our open positions using the filters aboveThis business is independently owned and operated.
