As a Product Manager for Risk Management, you will play a key role in enhancing our Risk management solution to increase adoption and in turn increase revenue for our business. You will own the execution of the product roadmap and work collaboratively with Product executives, Designers, Business Analysts, other Product Managers and cross-functional teams in successfully executing the product vision for Risk management solutions. CSG Forte Payments processes hundreds of billions of dollars in payments every year for hundreds of thousands of merchants across various industries providing them with an omnichannel payment solution. Our Risk Management solution protects thousands of businesses from fraudulent payments and is used by businesses of various sizes. As a Product Manager for Risk Management, you will play a key role in enhancing our Risk management solution to increase adoption and in turn increase revenue for our business. You will own the execution of the product roadmap and work collaboratively with Product executives, Designers, Business Analysts, other Product Managers and cross-functional teams in successfully executing the product vision for Risk management solutions. We are looking for a Product Manager/Risk Management who will: Own the execution of the roadmap Work with the Product executive, develop product requirements, and partner with the delivery team to take it to the finish line Contribute to product strategy and vision by identifying market opportunities, market threats, industry trends, competitor and regulatory changes to position products and features to increase revenue Work closely with internal teams and when and where needed with external customers to understand and evaluate merchant needs while utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to identify and prioritize customer paint points to solve Operate independently, with minimal supervision to effectively identify solution approaches, prioritizing features, and escalating appropriately Be responsible for managing Epics and collaborate closely with internal Agile teams in adding items to the product backlog Understand the P&L around the products they support and utilize that information to influence project requirements and direction Are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with change and ambiguity Are willing to collaborate with internal teams in problem solving while developing constructive working relationships that demonstrate CSG's core competencies and values Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who: Have 5+ years of prior B2B product management experience preferably in Payments and/or Fraud & Risk management in an agile software development environment taking products from concept to launch and iterating through versions to improve the experience. Prior Payments or Fraud/Risk Management experience is a plus B.S/M.S in Computer Science or Math or Science degree or software engineering experience required Has excellent verbal and written communication skills to precisely articulate the problem and benefit of a solution to both internal and external audience and can demonstrate attention to detail skills Has strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills required. Prior experience using data to make decisions Have a sense of urgency to solve customer issues with strong interpersonal & organizational skills Has strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
