Reviews contractor's submittals including QA and Safety Plans. Provides field surveillance and delivers daily detailed reports. Reviews drawings and specifications. Assists in preparation of scope of work modifications and cost estimates. Provides safety oversight. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in related field 5 years of experience on large complex multimillion dollar federal construction projects, preferably Department of Defense Facilities experience with administrative buildings, airfield facilities and apron, barracks, water and electrical systems, and roadways. Experience with Three-Phase QC/Inspection process Experience preferred EM 385-1-1 USACE Safety Manual Experience with Resident Management System (RMS) #J-18808-Ljbffr
