Basic Function

The Programmer/Analyst works directly with CDK's auto dealership clients to create customized forms, coordinating all questions and changes. This role demonstrates a vital technical expertisebetween CDK Global and the dealership'sbusiness need for legal and transactable forms, with an expanded skill set covering more than one CDK Global solution and/or dealership operation.

The Programmer/Analyst works directly with CDK Global Technical Associates regarding product change requests and application defects. The Programmer/Analyst is responsible for implementing essential coding, testing and delivery of Forms to our existing and new client base.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions
  • Maintains records of workload, client status with regards to problem resolution and ensures billing is processed in a timely manner.
  • Direct programming of XML forms to meet client requirements, government regulation and financial credit validation.
  • Staying updated on forms releases from manufacturers, proprietary builds, and 3rd party vendors/partners.
  • Delivering solutions live to clients within an initial contact to a minimum of 90% of interactions.
  • Expanding skill set to include more than one role in the forms space.
  • Responsible for assisting associates as determined by management and as an escalation point for issues of higher technical abilities.
Qualifications - Minimum
  • Previous experience (1-2 yeas) creatingforms using XML is required. That includes adding logos, font changes, alignment, and other appropriate GUI friendly updates.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills, strong analytical skills and possess ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, problem-solving skills
  • Must have strong computer skillsand solid understanding of MS Office suite.
  • Desire to maintain, follow, create and perfect process policy
  • Possess a positive attitude toward customers and change management.
  • Maintain professionalism, communicate effectively and appropriately with customers.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Having a strong attention to detail. Superb time management skills and completion of takes to a definite deadline is required.
Qualifications - Preferred
  • Automotive industry experience.Understanding dealer funding and banking principals for several types of deal structures
  • Ability to work non-standard shifts when necessary
Education/ Experience - Minimum
  • GED or Highschool Diploma
Education/ Experience - Preferred
  • Associates or BS in Accounting/Finance preferred but not required.
Compensation Range: $22.00 - $25.00
