Leveling Description:

Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
Core Description:

Supports the strategic direction of the Program Management Office (PMO) that oversees the program and project control of an organization. Collects data and prepares organization-wide project status analysis and reporting. Assists the individual project participants with resources and guidance for documentation, training, and best practices. Coordinates efforts to optimize cross-project resources. Participates in the financial auditing and assessment of completed projects and the development of future project roadmaps.

Essential Job Functions:
Responsible and accountable for PMO coordination, proposal responses, preparation and monitoring of project deliverables, and reporting.
Prioritize meeting requests, schedule internal and customer meetings for the PMO, including preparing agendas, recording meeting minutes, and training coordination.
Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of workstreams, initiatives, and projects managed by the PMO.
Supports strategic PMO activities and processes in the coordination of personnel, contractual and business matters.
PMO documentation creation and repository management.
Prepare and update weekly reports.
Prepare meeting minutes.
Update procedural changes, review matrix and determine formal training needs.
Assist in training scheduling and follow up.
Assist and manage tasks within the CRM.
PMO Documentation management
Communication liaison
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education Requirements Typically requires bachelors degree in related field.
0-2 of administrative experience; 1-2 years of experience in a PMO office preferred.
Communicates effectively, makes quality decisions, demonstrates business acumen, and can execute skillfully.
Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience with MS office products, project management software, and invoicing.
Available during the core work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST and occasional evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand.
Willing and able to travel regularly, including overnight travel.
Dependable transportation and valid drivers license and insurance
Able to pass a background check/drug test/driving record check
Authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to endure frequent, lengthy periods of sedentary work and sit for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time.
Must have the physical ability to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing notes, and viewing a computer terminal; these activities require close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Must have the physical ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word and convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, often in a group setting.
Must have the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
