Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues. Document customer interactions, track issues, and ensure follow-up where necessary. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, with competent writing skills Strong organizational skills Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
