Warehouse Manager:

Hours:

  • 40 hours 9-5pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving / preparing and shipping out Senso materials with Fedex & freight shipping company.
  • Communicates with key personnel regarding stock levels.
  • General janitorial upkeep of the warehouse and office.
  • Assists with general maintenance of warehouse property including coordinating contractors for landscaping and trash removal.
  • Organizes the warehouse for easy access and maintains an accurate inventory list.
  • Maintains accurate and updated records of materials used for various projects.
  • Makes deliveries of samples / marketing products when needed.
  • Maintains and utilizes Senso's tinting machine as needed.
  • Assists with delivery and staging of materials to and from job-sites.

Administrative Assistant (HYBRID):

Hours:

  • 40 Hours, with a portion of those hours dedicated each week to basic upkeep of the NJ office.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules as needed, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Prepare and edit documents.
  • Office Management:
  • Maintain warehouse supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items as needed.
  • Ensure the New Jersey office is organized and professional.
  • Coordinate with service providers for office/warehouse maintenance.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Customer Service:
  • Assist with customer inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate department or personnel as necessary.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist in liaising projects related to importing, exporting, and installation processes.
  • Communicates with key personnel and tracks incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Financial Administration:
  • Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks and coordinate with the accounting department as needed.
