Essential Functions:

Perform all robot programming

Perform routine periodic checks of product quality (visual inspection, integrity tests)

Troubleshoot failures to determine root cause and proper corrective action

Work as an interface between the digital design group and the robotic operator

Operate robot (load/unload) as needed

Work with maintenance to ensure that proper PM is performed

Collect robot performance data as required

Train robot operators in proper processes and quality check

Use of formal problem solving procedures

Complete all required training applicable to assigned position

Exhibit positivity, flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.

Qualifications:

Technical school certificate preferred in computer programming

High School Diploma required

Knowledge of robotics programming and ability to program in-house systems

Certificate in Solid Works or CAD preferred

Demonstrated understanding of quality systems (SPC, etc.)

Excellent problem solving skills required

Ability to stand 8 - 10 hours

Ability to work overtime with little or no notice

Ability to work a staggered shift or second shift

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Ability to understand work instructions or MP sheets

Flexibility in attitude and willingness to work in all areas as needed

Demonstrated proficiency in communication skills

Ability to be cross trained on Digital Design or Calibration positions

Ability to work well in a team environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred;

Prior document processing or similar experience in a team environment;

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet pressing deadlines;

Ability to produce quality work product;

Flexibility to work overtime.
