high-end single-family residential construction , with a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring strict adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Manage subcontractors and oversee their work to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines. Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality control and ensure the highest standards of workmanship. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing project-related concerns. Manage site resources efficiently and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, proactively ensuring projects stay on schedule. Provide regular progress reports to project management and contribute to construction schedule development and implementation. Uphold the company's commitment to delivering luxury residential projects of exceptional quality.

Qualifications/Skills:

Proven experience in luxury single-family residential construction or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate on-site personnel. Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and best practices. Familiarity with Miami's local building codes and regulations. Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
