Recruitment Coordinator

One of the internationally top ranked law firms is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their prestigious legal team. The Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating the seamless onboarding of lateral partners. This position involves coordinating various tasks and processes to support the recruitment and integration efforts across multiple office locations while located in the New York office.

Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating communication with lateral partner and counsel candidates to schedule interviews, gather necessary information, and manage feedback aggregation.
- Managing the processing of all applications and introductions, both direct and through recruitment agencies.
- Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensuring meticulous document management.
- Supporting lateral partner and counsel recruitment efforts across other offices, including scheduling, logistics management, and feedback tracking.
- Assisting the Partner Recruiting Manager with special projects as required.
Ideal candidates will:
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks amidst multiple deadlines.
- Display keen attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Adapt effectively to changing priorities, demands, and timelines.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree.
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of recruiting or relevant experience in a law firm setting.
