As a Recruiting Specialist at Sartori, you will be at the forefront of creating an unmatched candidate experience, leading the full life cycle recruitment process, and thereby attracting and retaining top-tier talent for our organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Lead the management of the full life cycle recruitment process for our various locations, both non-exempt and exempt positions, ranging from entry level to mid-level, primarily within our manufacturing plants. Responsibilities include sourcing, resume review, screening candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and extending job offers. Administer pre-employment screening tools and collaborate closely with hiring managers regarding internal applicants. Formulate competitive job offers while collaborating with hiring managers and ensure it is in line with the company compensation and benefit practices. Additionally, handle recruitment-related administrative tasks and ensure timely updates to applicant tracking systems and reports.
  • Cultivate genuine relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, offering consistent guidance throughout the recruitment journey, emphasizing fairness and inclusion.
  • Liaise with plant leaders and HR Managers to gauge ongoing staffing necessities across various locales.
  • Harness modern sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates through job boards, community networks, educational institutions, and passive channels, ensuring a diverse mix.
  • Keep abreast of the contemporary landscape of recruitment tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Elevate Sartori's image as a top-tier employer, emphasizing our values and commitment to providing growth and development opportunities.
  • Join forces with the Recruitment Manager to nurture ties with high schools, colleges, universities, diversity initiatives, and community organizations, highlighting Sartori's career possibilities.
  • Provide leaders with comprehensive knowledge about the recruitment process, pre-employment screening tools, and current recruitment tech, emphasizing inclusivity.
  • Champion and support diverse HR-related projects.
  • Regularly update knowledge of employment laws and ensure that hiring practices conform, emphasizing fairness and equal opportunity.
  • Systematically track, measure, and report on recruitment strategies, ensuring inclusivity metrics are highlighted.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or another related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of sourcing and full life cycle recruitment experience required.
  • Manufacturing or related industry experience while supporting multiple locations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is required. Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Hmong or Trilingual in English/Hmong/Spanish is preferred but not required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • This role offers a hybrid work model, necessitating occasional visits to various manufacturing plants, participation in career fairs, recruiting events, and managing college relations efforts as per Sartori's needs.
