**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

Our Route Drivers (CDL B Class) Secure and Shred are the public face of Iron Mountain, trusted to transport and handle client materials and engage with clients and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner. Drivers are responsible for driving a company vehicle to transport materials from client and Iron Mountain locations; loading and unloading through a variety of mechanisms; using wireless scanning technology; preparing paperwork and performing daily vehicle maintenance to ensure it functions efficiently. This position calls for a significant amount of physical strength and stamina. We pay by the hour, not the mile.

**PAY:** $23.00 +DOE per hour (paid biweekly)

**SCHEDULE:** Monday - Friday

**HOURS:** 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (FULL TIME expect OT)

**LOCATION:** 6401 W. 106th Street #801 , Bloomington, NE 55420

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Drive an automatic 20ft - 26ft Box Truck, Tipper, and/or Mobile Shred Unit to pick up and/or shred confidential documents from various businesses

* Handle all physical requirements for loading, transporting and driving without assistance

* Make an average of 15-20 stops a day, heavy customer interaction

* Prepare accurate paperwork and records

* Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry wheeled, plastic bins over, up and down inclines, stairs, changes in walking surfaces and elevations

* Lift at least 50lbs./ haul up to 100lbs.

* Walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time

**REQUIREMENTS:**

* Have a completed high school diploma or equivalent (GED)

* Must have B class license and 1 year of experience

* Be at least 21 years old with a validate driver's license

* Pass a background check and a DOT physical/drug test

* Have a clean driving records for the last 3 years

* Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
