The Sr. Talent Specialist will play a key role in supporting Thermo Fisher Scientifics next generation of learning via generative AI, automation, data analytics, and program support.TheSr. Talent Specialist will have four key areas of focus:Process Improvement and AutomationLeading the Thermo Fisher University iConnect Site and supporting the Learning Experience PlatformTalent Operations and Program SupportTalent Data Analysis and ReportingKey Responsibilities:Lead the development and maintenance of automated business solutions (Power Automate) supporting the global talent platform.Optimize all the corporate training management processes, using generative AI and automation.Lead reporting and data analysis activities using key systems, such as Microsoft Power BI Dashboarding, Microsoft Forms, LMS, Gene.AI, and LXP.Develop and deploy analytical tools to measure the impact and efficiency of various learning solutions across the organization and use the data to make ongoing improvements to existing content.Own Global Talent Developments SharePoint sites (iConnect, Nomination Hub), including any re-design and regular updates.Provide administrative support for our global Learning Experience Platform systems (e.g., EdCast and LinkedIn Learning).Train the talent operations team on automation best practices.Coordinate and provide operations support for 1-2 high impact global learning and development programs.Manage the nomination and registration process (within the LMS), providing a seamless enrollment experience for participants, and ensuring a great experience throughout the development sessions.Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelors degree preferred.5+ years in process automation and business solution development using Microsofts Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate).Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite of products (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Lists, Teams, and Forms).Experience of SharePoint, specifically using iConnect.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JSON.Demonstrated interest and proficiency using generative AI tools.Experience of Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Platforms.Ability to lead global projects.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to prepare communication materials, for both presentations and email delivery.Ability to quickly shift, multi-task and be flexible to changing priorities.Learning and development experience preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
