Extension is seeking a *Contract Recruiter* for a *contract *opportunity with one of our clients located in *Racine, WI*.

* Hybrid opportunity - 4 days remote, 1 day onsite

*Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities*
* Full cycle recruiting to manage a load of 20-25 open reqs for a multitude of positions i.e., corporate and/or technical (engineering, design, continuous improvement).
* Handling sourcing/recruiting, phone screens, interviews, offer stage/negotiations, and onboarding.
* Organize kick off meetings with hiring managers to ensure finding the right profiles.
* Working heavily in ATS (Success Factors) as well as job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.

*Desired Skills & Qualifications*
* 3+ years full cycle recruiter experience required.
* Familiar with Success Factors ATS system preferred.
* Someone who's familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and sourcing heavily.
* Manufacturing experience would be nice.

*Salary Information*
* $23 - $25/hour
