Thats why we offer:/pulliMedical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)/liliWork/life balance - We mean it 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days/lili401K savings + match/liliComprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus/liliAnd additional benefits/li/ulpOn the day-to-day, you will:/pulliConduct Occupational Therapy assessments in our facility and occasionally in the home to define participant care needs, preferences, and goals/liliActively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans/liliDeliver and document interventions as agreed upon in participant care plans/liliProvide active and passive exercise, muscle re-education, gait, and functional training of ADLs/liliWork with Therapy Assistants, providing training, instruction, and guidance needed to implement Functional Maintenance Programs (FMP)/li/ulpJob requirements include:/pulliBachelors degree in occupational therapy; masters preferred/liliTwo (2) years in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population preferred/liliValid California Occupational Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility/liliCurrent CPR certification preferred/li/ulpWe are seeking Occupational Therapists that ideally have outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience.
