Parts Counterperson

The Parts Counter person at Bill Pearce Motors is responsible for ensuring effective communication and coordination with both internal teams and customers to provide exceptional service in providing automotive parts and accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories
• Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure availability of parts
• Process and fulfill parts orders, including packaging and shipping
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of parts transactions
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts to service technicians
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• A list of job expectations will be supplied during the interview process
