Im Geschäftszentrum «Software Engineering & IT» in Aarau führen Sie anspruchsvolle Software-Entwicklungsprojekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden aus Industrie, Medtech, Consumer Products, Mobilität und anderen Bereichen im B2B- und B2C-Umfeld zum Erfolg. Sie übernehmen die technische und organisatorische Verantwortung für die kundenspezifische Entwicklung von innovativen Lösungen und gestalten die digitale Zukunft der lokalen und internationalen Kunden massgeblich mit. Mit Ihrer Professionalität und ihren guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten leisten Sie einen entscheidenden Beitrag von der Konzeption bis zur technischen Realisierung von Cloud-, Web- und Desktop- und Mobile-Anwendungen mit einem hohen Anspruch an Qualität und Usability.

Sie begleiten Ihre Projekte von der Offerte bis zur Übergabe an die Kundschaft, übernehmen dabei das Projektmanagement und nutzen gleichzeitig ihre breite technische Kompetenz im Bereich Softwareentwicklung und Systemarchitektur für die aktive Mitarbeit als Software-Engineer. Anforderungen

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung. Sie sind versiert in den neusten Technologien in mindestens einem der Bereiche Cloud, Web und Desktop und haben eine breite Erfahrung in der System- und Softwarearchitektur. Sie schätzen einen nationalen und internationalen Kundenkontakt. Sie sind erfahren in der Führung von Meetings und Workshops und schätzen eine spannende, anspruchsvolle Aufgabe am Puls der digitalen Innovation. Sie überzeugen mit Ihrer technischen Kompetenz, sind bereit, sich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden und in neue Technologien und Branchen einzuarbeiten. Ihre langfristigen Interessen in einem herausfordernden Umfeld mit anspruchsvollen Projekten setzen wir voraus. Sie sind motiviert, Projekte und Kundenbeziehungen als Project Lead aktiv mitzugestalten. Sie sind verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch.
