JOB SUMMARY
The objective of the
Business Office Manager
is to support inside operations, by providing oversight and direction for HR, Administration and Accounting departments. Your role is to both enhance the overall systems and processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness and to lead and manage the incumbent team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and lead Office Personnel who handle HR, accounting and Customer Service
Build and maintain best-practice office processes and systems
Optimize staff effectiveness and efficiencies through training and coaching
Model and ensure staff modeling of the values and culture of the company
Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to subordinates, audit work for accuracy, monitor outcomes
Take ownership and solve problems. Provide guidance and support, empowering subordinates to solve problems and resolve issues
Experience/Skills Required:
3+ years as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant
Very proficient in entire Microsoft Office 365 Suite and other technology
Knowledgeable of accounting practices
Strong process implementation and improvement skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task
Detail-Oriented
Managerial Communication
Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude with creative solutions, ability to organize work with large amounts of information efficiently, manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
