Key Tasks
- Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
- Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience. Typically requires a general education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
- Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
- Dedicated Point of Contact for specified international region, providing daily and technical support.
- Process quotes, parts orders, chair orders and returns when applicable within the region.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Support Customer Experience teams as needed.
- Follow direction, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments.
- Work as a team and maintain professionalism at all levels in the organization.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance; report to work on time.

Your Background
- Minimum of at least 2-4 years' experience of customer support.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Services Representative.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Call center experience a plus.
- Basic computer, and math skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Additional Information
- Salary: Hourly rate of $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm with OT possibilities.
- Vacation or PTO: During initial year of employment: Up to 80 hours of vacation, which will be prorated based upon start date. After initial year of employment, earn 136 vacation hours.
- Sick Time: Per Washington State law, one hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked, with the ability to roll over up to 144 hours into the next year.
- Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision benefit options beginning first day of employment.
- Long Term Disability and Company Provided Life Insurance Policy for all employees
- 401K eligibility on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Permobil offers Safe Harbor matching, with immediate vesting.
- Holidays: 10 paid company holidays per year.
