Description:

- Facilitate client team meetings, including recording and publishing meeting notes. - Assist teams of engineers in developing the project-specific scope of work documents. - Assist with and coordinate teams of engineers reviewing design submittals. - Apply thorough broad-based knowledge of electric utility projects. - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Collaborate with internal and client subject matter experts to continuously improve the documents. - Keep informed of new methods and developments affecting the organization and recommend new practices or changes in emphasis of programs. - Assist in quality control and quality assurance of active projects, providing peer reviews and training of engineers and designers in quality control processes. - Demonstrate strong organizational skills, and can develop, implement, and maintain processes for document control. - Mentor engineers and staff provides training assistance. - Manage assigned projects, including responsibility for delivering scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and profitability. - Coordinate and develops proposed scope, schedule, and fee for projects managed. - Demonstrate proficiency of fundamental project management skills and use of project management techniques and practices to increase productivity, efficiency, and accuracy. - Work closely with Project Controls/Accounting staff to monitor and control project cost and billings to meet budget profit, analyze project performance data on an ongoing basis, and develop recovery plans as needed

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil or Mechanical) - 10 years experience in electric utility industry - Experience utilizing Primavera 6 scheduling software - Project Management expertise in developing schedules, cost budgets, and analyzing financial data - Experience with software such as P6, Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with PLS CADD
