The pay for this exciting position is $20.00 per hour and up based upon experience.

Your day as a Contact Center Representative

As a Full Time Contact Center Representative at Mountain Credit Union, you will play a crucial role in assisting members through telephone and online chat channels. Your problem-solving skills and empathetic approach will be put to the test as you resolve issues, answer inquiries, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet the financial needs of our members. Requirements for this Contact Center Representative job

To excel as a Full Time Contact Center Representative at Mountain Credit Union, candidates should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist members over the phone and online chat. Proficiency in using technology and software tools is essential for navigating member accounts and resolving inquiries efficiently. Prior experience in the financial services industry is helpful for familiarity with banking products and processes. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure will contribute to providing excellent service to our members.
