Core Responsibilities of the Warranty Representative
  • Manage warranty claims and ensure timely processing to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline warranty processes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide guidance on warranty coverage and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all warranty-related activities.
  • Analyze warranty data to identify trends and suggest improvements to reduce future claims.

  • Previous experience in a warranty or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
  • Familiarity with warranty processes and customer service best practices.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to customer relationship management.
  • Experience in the technology or home services industry is beneficial.
