Join our team and help us continue to serve communities and support eco-friendly practices by giving vehicles a second life. Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Baltimore, MD. As an Outside Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with suppliers to source vehicle inventory effectively. Daily tasks include evaluating and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure competitive pricing, processing purchase orders, and analyzing procurement trends to drive cost savings. You will also ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and support the organizations mission of delivering quality auto parts with exceptional value. Qualifications Proficiency in Purchase Orders and Procurement processes Experience with Supplier Evaluation to ensure quality and reliability Strong skills in Contract Negotiation to achieve cost-effective agreements Excellent Analytical Skills to assess trends and opportunities for improvement Strong communication and relationship?building abilities Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast?paced, on?site environment High School Diploma/GED 1+ years of related experience is required Must have a valid drivers licenseFrequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and databases to support business objectives.
