Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current practices, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions for optimization, integrating automation and machinery where applicable. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive process improvements, leveraging your expertise in manufacturing analytics. Lead and support projects to implement new technologies, equipment, and methodologies, with a keen eye for automation solutions. Mentor and coach team members to build capabilities and drive a culture of lean innovation and excellence, fostering Andersen's positive work environment and team dynamic. Assess current & future capacity requirements by utilizing marketing forecasts, value stream mapping, and capacity planning methodologies. Partner with peers across two additional sites producing 100 Series products to share best practices and contribute to a teamwork-driven conglomerate mindset. Sustain long-term solutions through data analytics, establishing audit procedures, and cross-functional collaboration. QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 4-year degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering Technology 3-10 years of industrial engineering experience preferred Six Sigma Certification preferred Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Project management experience with the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives concurrently, integrating automation and machinery where applicable.
