Escrow Closer/Officer

The Escrow Closer/Officer is responsible for managing and executing the closing process for real estate transactions. This role involves balancing files, coordinating with lenders to schedule closings, and ensuring all documents are accurate and properly notarized.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and balance escrow files to ensure all transactions are accurate and complete.

Prepare and process all necessary closing documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Coordinate and schedule closing dates and times with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers.

???????Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction to ensure a smooth and timely closing process

Act as a notary public to witness the signing of documents and ensure all required documents are properly notarized.

Verify the identity of signers and ensure documents are signed correctly.

Conduct the closing process, including reviewing and explaining all documents to the parties involved.

Ensure all funds are disbursed correctly and in a timely manner according to the closing instructions.

Handle any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process to ensure successful completion.

??????? Requirements:

Notary required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in escrow, title, or real estate closings.

Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and escrow procedures.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
