**About Broomfield Veterinary Hospital:**

We are one of the earliest veterinary hospitals in the front range, Broomfield Veterinary Hospital was founded in 1957 by Dr. Clyde Brunner (former mayor of Broomfield). Since our inception, our staff has focused on providing the best veterinary care for dogs, cats, and exotic pets. We utilize AviMark practice management software and the latest AllyDVM client reminder software. Our standout diagnostic capabilities include an in-house lab, digital x-ray, and specialist support for surgery, dentistry, and radiology. Our friendly, professional team of doctors and support staff are focused on educating and building relationships with our clientele.

Practice hours: Mon-Fri 7am-5:30pm and Sat 8am-2pm. Must be able to work Saturdays (on rotation).

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

* Deliver exceptional customer service creating memorable and positive experiences for our clients whether in person, via email, or over the phone.

* Prioritize and execute multiple requests/tasks simultaneously.

* Tactfully manage stress levels including working through emotional situations with grieving clients.

* Oversee the appointment calendar; differentiate routine vs. emergency/urgent cases.

* Entering client, patient, and financial data into computer systems.

* Generate invoices, process payments, and clearly explain charges to clients.

* AVImark Veterinary Software knowledge is a plus.
