Position Summary

This position will execute day-to-day marketing responsibilities to support the Division Marketing Manager. The Marketing Specialiost will be working directly with Division Leadership, Sales associates and National Marketing team to develop and execute field marketing plans consistent with the company's overall business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Strong project management skills are required as this position will be initiating and reviewing various projects with an in-house agency team, including; signage installation, website updates, floor plan and rendering creation, sales office installation and collateral.
  • Develop a basic understanding of key division information, including general business operations, knowledge of communities, products and services, customers and competitors in the marketplace.
  • Includes office administration responsibilities, such as processing invoices and/or entering MLS listings.
  • Tour communities on weekly basis throughout the metro area (must have reliable transportation).
  • Work with outside vendors to initiate marketing needs such as signage and contract negotiations.

Requirements

Scope: Extremely fast-paced, deadline driven, dynamic, high energy, professional team environment within a departmental setting. Working in and outside of the office for meetings and project requirements, which includes spending 2 days each week in the field touring communities on throughout the metro area (must have reliable transportation).

Minimum Requirements: 4-year degree in Marketing or related field preferred, plus 2-4 years of marketing experience at minimum. Knowledge of strategic field marketing and tactics including; signage, print, online and event marketing. Must have superb verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills and intermediate computer experience (broad understanding of Internet, MS Word, Excel and Outlook). Position requires high energy, creativity, and ability to juggle multiple tasks. Must have the ability to think critically and make decisions. Homebuilder or real estate marketing experience preferred.
