We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team in the Rowley, Ma. area. If you are a leader, forward thinking, self sufficient and organized, we want to talk to YOU
We Offer:

Starting salary of $83,000 a year plus monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonuses

The role of the Service Manager is to provide training and support to technicians in the field. This is an important role in our company because this position is directly responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service and sales objectives. Ability to coach, supervise, and staff a team of plumbing and HVAC technicians as well as effectively communicate with customers. Much of the day will be spent traveling to job sites and offering coaching and guidance to our technicians. This role also includes the managing and mentoring of apprentices.
What You'll Do
Ride along with technicians to ensure quality service
Mastering of Nexstar Service System
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to technicians in a positive and professional manner
Coach, supervise, and staff a team of plumbing technicians
Lead consistent weekly 1:1 meetings with technicians
Conduct impactful training sessions
Ability to conduct and present weekly meeting
All Nexstar resources available but must be self-sufficient and able to work independently
Determine and communicate employee goals and objective

You have 3-5 years supervisory management experience
Experience running a residential sales process
