Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed CSR located in Centennial, CO. Must have valid CO Property and Casualty license, or willingness to obtain within first 90 days. This dynamic person will be responsible for performing various administrative duties, including answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, filing, and organizing documents. Taking insurance payments in person and over the phone, and helping clients with filing claims is a big function of this role. The Front Office Assistant will also manage incoming and outgoing mail, maintain supplies, as well as make policy changes for our valued clients.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CO P&C license
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
