As a Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while leading and inspiring our nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Director of Nursing oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow management.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff to foster professional growth and development.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality initiatives, and organizational policies and procedures.

- Participate in strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
