Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1381.28 - $1513.53 Physical Therapist - Outpatient needed asapB.S. in Physical Therapy, NYS License or eligible, and 2 years experience required. Must successfullypass pre-employment health clearance.Duties: Will evaluate plans and implement programs in accordance with indicated procedures; fonnulatespecific goals for patient treabnent by appropriately collaborating with other health care personnel andthe patients; prepare and maintain notes and discharge records in a timely manner; attend designatedclinics, rounds, and conferences, and render patient information; participate in educational programsfor staff members, students, volunteers, and other professional health care personnel; train new staffmembers; serve as clinical instructor for senior level students; and facilitate new program development. Required Qualifications Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 2 years PT-NY Certifications: BLS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
