We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Internal Auditor to join our Internal Audit team. The ideal candidate will have a background in public accounting or industry, with a current role in Internal Audit. This position involves conducting financial, operational, and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) audits. The Senior Internal Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our financial and operational controls, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Financial Audits:

Perform comprehensive financial audits to assess the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and related disclosures. Operational Audits:

Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. SOX Audits:

Conduct Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance testing, including the evaluation of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and adherence to regulatory standards. Risk Assessment:

Identify and assess areas of risk within the organization, developing audit plans to address high-risk areas. Reporting:

Prepare detailed audit reports that summarize findings, recommendations, and management responses. Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, IT, and Compliance, to ensure a thorough understanding of business processes and controls. Follow-Up:

Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions. Professional Development:

Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to enhance audit processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CIA, or other relevant certifications preferred. Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or a related field, with experience in a public accounting firm or large corporation. Knowledge:

Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX requirements, and COSO framework. Skills:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes:

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. What We Offer: Compensation:
