Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Located in Colorado Springs, CO | Position Pay Range: $19.95 - $24.00
Opportunity for additional, discretionary bonus available.

Summary/Objective:The IT Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics of IT hardware and software, including planning, procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal. This role ensures the efficient and secure handling of IT assets, supports the organization's technology needs, and ensures compliance with industry standards.

Essential Functions
  1. Processes receives IT orders using standard processes
  2. Tracks all IT equipment using inventory & system lifecycle management processes.
  3. Performs regular audits of IT equipment to ensure accuracy, and maintain par levels for IT stock to ensure operational readiness.
  4. Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality of products ordered.
  5. Maintains upkeep of lab and storage areas in IT area, ensuring work areas remain functional.
  6. Assist with imaging and software installation on IT equipment as needed to prepare for customer use.
  7. Answers calls from the internal telephone queue to assist employees with IT questions / issues as volume dictates.
  8. Documents appropriate requests in the ticketing system ensuring pertinent data is captured and documented to track and measure tasks.
  9. Assist with center equipment installation, when needed.
  10. Assists Envision Radiology employees with technical issues or requests using standard processes
  11. Other duties as assigned.
