We are in full pursuit to find hardworking people to join us on our quest and bring our core values to life.ResponsibilitiesAs an Outfitter, you are the heart and sole (pun intended) of our brand. You have the opportunity to recommend gear and products that a customer will use to cross their next finish line, regardless of what that looks like. This position is always going above and beyond to take care of our customers and communities. You will be part of a dynamic group that builds and maintains meaningful relationships with customers, vendors, and peers by listening to customer needs, providing personalized solutions, and, ultimately, outfitting them with everything they need to get started or persevere. QualificationsAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including, days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysExperience in a customer-facing sales environment preferredProactive learner and sound decision makerPassionate, positive, self-motivated and detail-orientedAccountable and adaptableDoes the right thingCollaborative and customer-centricWilling to go above and beyond when neededCommunicate professionally with customers and teamDeliver the best customer experience by outfitting each customer that walks through the doorSupport all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functionsPerks:High energy and fun atmosphereTraining and advancement opportunities within the Fleet Feet brandCommunity involvement and community service activitiesTraining Program and Product DiscountsPassionate team membersFleet Feet franchisees operate as independent business owners.
