Job DescriptionWork Schedule: 60% FTE, 24 hours/week. 8-hour day shift, 3 weekdays and rotational weekend (Saturday/Sunday) every 4 weeks. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.Pay: This position may be eligible for a $2,400 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicantsBe part of something remarkableMake a positive impact in a patient's life as you help them heal through physical rehabilitation.We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) with pediatric experience and experience/interest in the adult patient population to: Provide consultative and developmentally appropriate habilitative and rehabilitative treatment services to complex pediatric patients (infant to adolescent) in the acute care, inpatient rehab, and NICU settings. Provide coverage to other areas within the Acute Care Occupational Therapy Departments (adult population) when indicated based on patient/client demands. Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based patient and family treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and discharge plans. Work within the context of patient- and family- centered care in a primary and specialty care academic medical center. Work Experience: Preferred - 2 years prior relevant experience. Certifications: Minimum - Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin.
