We are proud of the recognition we have received from local and national organization regarding our culture and workplace: WPS Newsroom - Awards and Recognition Role Snapshot Our Performance Engineering Architect will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our Performance Engineering, Quality Engineering (QE) architectural roadmap. Will provide guidance to QA and QE teams that are performing a variety of Performance testing and nonfunctional validation during all phases of a given development process. This person will work closely with internal clients, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and developers to recommend, design, and implement effective orchestration of Performance Engineering solutions. They will develop and maintain the strategy roadmap, setup appropriate test systems, develop required logic and controller programs as necessary, to create and maintain performance capabilities.
