London Computer Systems (LCS) is actively seeking a Product Marketing Specialist for our Marketing team in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Product Marketing Specialist role is responsible for the effective marketing and promotion of our company and technology products. Additionally, the Product Marketing Specialist will monitor and enhance the company’s reputation on online platforms.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Marketing Team Leader, Senior Marketing Manager, and other members of the LCS leadership team to create and administer marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing the company’s reputation, as well as maximizing the visibility of the organization; its workplace culture; and its products and services. Monitor and analyze online content—including review sites, social media platforms, search engines, blogs, and forums—and seek opportunities to respond to reviews, posts, comments, etc. and address content that does not meet expectations. Become a go-to-person in the Marketing department to answer questions and provide ideas for an assigned product or service. Create campaigns that are aimed at increasing brand awareness and attracting our target audiences. Deliver marketing strategies with a focus on performance of key products. Assist Marketing leadership with the creation of detailed marketing plans for new product/service launches and execute on go-to-market plans as required. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to communicate product features, benefits, and results. Ensure that marketing and promotional efforts are properly aligned with the needs of our customers, prospects, and employees. Maintain brand standards to ensure compliance with organizational and product identity guidelines. Develop and maintain materials that support our internal team. Assemble and conduct competitive industry research to create summary of findings and recommendations to management based on the researched gathered.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline 1+ years of marketing experience and familiarity with reputation management Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms Experience in a product-focused role Superior project-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills Exceptional communication abilities Independent and detail-oriented, able to multitask and juggle several simultaneous priorities Solid understanding of business professionals’ interaction with various media, and strength in adjusting language based on communication medium Problem-solver mentality
