American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking a Telemetry RN with active MA licensure and recent cardiac experience for night shift float pool coverage. Responsibilities Work in a float pool covering Medical/Surgical Telemetry and Telemetry units within a hospital setting Float between two different units during a 12-hour night shift as needed Assignment is 3x12 hour night shifts (19:00 – 07:30), every other weekend required Patient population includes medical, surgical, and observation cases Float pool team includes nurses, PCAs, and OAs assigned based on unit needs Uses the Cerner EMR; Epic or Cerner experience preferred Relief of Avasure video monitoring staff for breaks and meals may be required First-time travelers with adequate experience will be considered Return staff must wait at least one year before eligible to return as a traveler Standard contract length is 14 weeks Work schedule must include every other weekend RTO (requested time off) must be reported at initial consideration Requirements Active MA RN license required at time of consideration Current ACLS and BLS certifications required Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including recent cardiac care experience Hospital telemetry or medical-surgical experience required Epic or Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-635005.
