Pour renforcer notre quipe BDO Advisory, nous recherchons un consultant en stratgie et organisation, qui dispose dune expertise avre dans le secteur public.

Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous intgrez une quipe dynamique qui accompagne les institutions publiques dans leurs projets danalyse et dvaluation de politiques publiques ou dans leur transformation organisationnelle. Vous travaillez avec

tous les niveaux de pouvoir : fdral, rgional et communautaire, mais aussi au niveau local (provinces, communes et CPAS).

What will you be doing?:
En collaboration avec nos quipes, vous ralisez des missions danalyse, de conseil stratgique et de coaching. Vous prenez galement part

des projets de transformation organisationnelle. En outre, vous assistez les clients dans la ralisation de leurs projets.
Votre travail a un impact direct sur la socit et sur les organisations publiques que vous accompagnez.
Vous participez

llaboration de propositions commerciales et vous jouez un rle de premier plan dans la dfinition dapproches et de mthodologies devant rpondre aux enjeux et aux besoins de nos clients.
Vous participez

un large ventail de missions et vous tes capable de travailler

la fois de manire indpendante et en quipe.

What do you bring to the table?:
Vous tes titulaire dun master (ou quivalent) en gestion, droit, conomie, sciences politiques ou parcours acadmique similaire.
Vous entre 1 et 5 ans dexprience professionnelle dans le domaine de la consultance ou dans le secteur public, et vous matrisez dj certains outils et techniques danalyse organisationnelle, stratgique et/ou financire.
Vous avez acquis une expertise pertinente dans des organisations du secteur public en matire de (r)organisation et daccompagnement de projets de transformation (analyse et optimisation des processus, contrle interne, rorganisation, valuation des politiques publiques, gestion du changement, etc.).
Vous disposez dune exprience pertinente en matire de gestion de projet.
Vous communiquez aisment en public, que ce soit en franais et en anglais ou en nerlandais, et ce, tant

loral qu lcrit.
Vous rdigez couramment et clairement en franais et en anglais.
Vous tes assertif et orient vers la recherche de solutions.
Vous tes flexible et proactif, et vous aimez travailler en quipe.
Vous tes rsistant au stress.
Vous tes capable dtablir une relation de confiance avec vos clients, partenaires, fournisseurs et collaborateurs.
