Opportunity

UJET's Delivery & Implementation Team plays a critical role in ensuring quick time-to-value for customer implementations of the UJET platform. We support new customers from the time they sign a contract through launch. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Implementation SOW & Proposals Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation of comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) documents and pricing proposals that meet both our company and client requirements. This role involves close collaboration with Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure all proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with our strategic goals.

As the primary point of contact for developing SOWs and pricing proposals for potential implementation engagements, you will leverage your contracts skills, contact center insights, and time management skills to ensure requested SOWs and pricing proposals are produced timely and accurately.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage all aspects of Proposal/SOW submission processes to ensure deadlines are met, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing SOW documents and pricing Proposals.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand client requirements and ensure proposals are tailored to meet those needs while also ensuring profitability and compliance.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants and Implementation leadership to gather necessary information and ensure the feasibility of proposed projects.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments on potential projects, identifying and mitigating potential issues in the SOW and pricing proposals.
  • Facilitate proposal/SOW reviews and revisions, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine proposals and improve our success rate.
  • Maintain a comprehensive repository of standard, reusable service statements and phrases for SOWs, keeping it up-to-date with the latest service offerings and pricing models.
  • Collaborate with the UJET Legal team to revise and maintain SOW and Proposal templates and seek guidance on SOW legal content to ensure risk to company is minimized.
  • Ensure Proposal/SOW requests submitted through our established ticketing system of record are updated on a timely basis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal management, sales support, or a similar role involving the creation of SOW documents and pricing proposals.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to assess project risks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information and interface with customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets,
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and interact with all levels of management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Position may require occasional business travel to customer sites and/or company headquarters

Annual US Hiring Range: $90-$110 + variable

*A candidate's actual placement within this range will depend on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
